Shipping Policy

We now ship from three convenient locations!

Products for our Hawaii, and Asian customers will ship from Hawaii and products for all other areas will ship from Missouri, or California. This will insure you the FASTEST DELIVERY TIME and the BEST POSSIBLE RATES. (shipping origin may vary depending on availability of stock in each location)

Larger items like saunas and water ionizers are shipped direct from the manufacturer to you.

All orders received by 5:00 pm will be processed, packed and ready for shipping the next business day. In many cases, orders will ship the same day you place your order. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We currently offer the following shipping methods...

• USPS Priority Mail (US Postal Service)
• USPS Express Mail (US Postal Service)
• USPS Parcel Post (US Postal Service) * allow 7-10 days for this service

Note: as Priority Mail and Parcel Post have no tracking ability, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages should you choose one of these methods

• UPS Ground (United Parcel Service)
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Standard Overnight

We recommend UPS as their ground rates are competive with US Post and they have very good tracking abillity.
